Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Planet LLC d/b/a KosmiClix Marketing(“Click Rally,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Click Rally mobile applications and website (the “Service”).

Information We Collect

• Account & profile: name, email, phone, password, role, company, bio, specialty, and the city/area you provide.
• Content: photos and media you upload for your portfolio or gig deliverables.
• Location: the general city/area you enter, used for search and to show approximate job locations. A gig’s exact address is shared with a Creator only after the Client approves them.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (such as the last four digits of a payout account and payout status); we do not store full card or bank numbers.
• Waitlist: if you join the early-access list on our website, we collect the email address and role you submit, delivered to us through our form provider.
• Usage & device: basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Information

• To operate the marketplace: create accounts, match Clients and Creators, enable messaging, process bookings and escrow payments, and provide support.
• To send you your beta invite and launch updates if you joined the waitlist.
• To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

How We Share Information

• With other users as needed for the marketplace (e.g., your public profile, portfolio, and ratings are visible to potential Clients; a gig’s exact address is revealed to an approved Creator).
• With service providers who operate the Service on our behalf — including Supabase (hosting, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and our form/email provider (waitlist) — who process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
• When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices & Rights

You can view and update your profile in the app, and you can request that we correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, under CCPA or GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict use of your data.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Click Rally is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
